AccelliTec is a technology consulting and training firm founded and operated by Anshul Goyal, based in India. We provide cloud consulting, AI/ML training, corporate training programmes, webinars, and related technology services to individuals and businesses globally.

03 Payments & Pricing

All prices are listed in Indian Rupees (INR) unless stated otherwise. Payments are processed securely through third-party payment gateways including Instamojo and Razorpay.

• All fees must be paid in full before access to any paid service or event is granted
• Prices are subject to change without prior notice for future purchases
• GST may be applicable as per Indian tax regulations
• International payments may incur additional currency conversion fees charged by your bank

04 Webinars & Live Sessions

• The Google Meet or video conferencing link will be shared after successful payment confirmation
• Sessions are conducted live — a recording may be shared at AccelliTec's discretion
• AccelliTec reserves the right to reschedule a session with a minimum 24-hour notice to registered participants
• In case of cancellation by AccelliTec, a full refund will be issued within 7 business days
• Participants are expected to maintain professional conduct during live sessions

05 Training Cohorts

• Cohort seats are confirmed only upon receipt of full payment
• Batch schedules, timings, and curriculum are subject to change with prior notice
• Course material shared during training is for personal use only and may not be redistributed
• AccelliTec does not guarantee specific outcomes, certifications, or job placements
• Students are expected to attend sessions regularly — missed sessions will not be compensated individually

06 Intellectual Property

All content on the AccelliTec website and in our training programmes — including course material, presentations, videos, and written content — is the intellectual property of AccelliTec and Anshul Goyal.

• You may not reproduce, redistribute, or resell any AccelliTec content without written permission
• Recording of live sessions is strictly prohibited without prior written consent
• The AccelliTec name, logo, and brand assets may not be used without permission

07 Privacy & Data

We collect personal information (name, email, WhatsApp number) solely for the purpose of delivering our services and communicating with you about AccelliTec offerings.

• We do not sell your personal data to third parties
• Your data is stored securely and used only for service delivery and marketing communications from AccelliTec
• You may request deletion of your data at any time by emailing info@accellitec.com

08 Limitation of Liability

AccelliTec provides all services on an "as-is" basis. While we strive for the highest quality in all engagements, we do not guarantee specific business outcomes, revenue results, or technical results from our consulting or training services.

AccelliTec shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of our services.

09 Governing Law

These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes arising shall be subject to the jurisdiction of courts in Delhi NCR, India.

10 Changes to These Terms

AccelliTec reserves the right to update these Terms and Conditions at any time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated effective date. Continued use of our services after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
