Refund Policy

At AccelliTec, we are committed to delivering high-quality training and consulting experiences. We understand that circumstances change, and this policy outlines clearly when and how refunds are applicable.

01 Webinars & Masterclasses

✅ Full Refund Eligible

You request a refund 7 or more days before the scheduled session date
AccelliTec cancels or postpones the session and you do not wish to attend the rescheduled date
Technical failure on AccelliTec's end prevents the session from taking place

⚡ 50% Refund

You request a refund 3 to 6 days before the scheduled session date

❌ No Refund

Cancellation requested less than 48 hours before the session
You do not attend the session (no-show)
Session recording has already been shared with you
You have already attended part of the session

02 Training Cohorts & Bootcamps

✅ Full Refund Eligible

You request a refund before the cohort officially starts (before Week 1 Session 1)
AccelliTec cancels the cohort entirely

⚡ Partial Refund (Pro-rated)

You withdraw after Week 1 but before Week 3 — 50% refund of remaining weeks
Circumstances beyond your control (medical emergency with documentation) — case by case basis

❌ No Refund

Withdrawal after Week 3 of any cohort
Dissatisfaction with content after attending 3 or more sessions
Failure to attend sessions without prior notice
Inability to complete the course due to personal schedule changes

We strongly recommend attending the free webinar before enrolling in any paid cohort to ensure the content meets your expectations.

03 Consulting Engagements

Consulting projects are governed by a separate Statement of Work (SOW) or consulting agreement. Refund terms for consulting services will be explicitly defined in the signed agreement for each engagement.

Discovery calls and initial consultations are free — no payment, no refund applicable
Retainer fees paid in advance are non-refundable once work has commenced
Project milestone payments are non-refundable once the milestone is delivered and accepted

04 How to Request a Refund

STEP 1

Email us at info@accellitec.com

Subject line: "Refund Request — [Your Name] — [Service Name]". Include your registered email, payment reference number, and reason for refund.

STEP 2

We review your request within 2 business days

Our team will verify your purchase and confirm refund eligibility based on this policy.

STEP 3

Refund processed within 7 business days

Approved refunds are returned to the original payment method. UPI/bank transfers may take 5–7 business days to reflect in your account.

05 Transfers & Substitutions

Instead of a refund, you may request:

Session transfer — move your registration to the next available batch (subject to availability)
Credit transfer — your payment credited toward any other AccelliTec service of equal or higher value

Transfer requests must be made at least 48 hours before the session starts.

06 Exceptional Circumstances

AccelliTec evaluates refund requests arising from genuine emergencies (medical, bereavement, natural disaster) on a case-by-case basis, regardless of the standard policy timeline. Please email us with supporting documentation and we will do our best to accommodate you.
